Banana Jam

For the banana lover in us, here is a simple thing you can do during breakfast! Simply take a banana (or half of one) and mash it with a fork with a little bit of cinnamon. Once you have a jam like consistency, top off your pancakes or waffles with it. So good! To make it even healthier, use whole wheat pancakes or waffles instead; to make it even more healthy, make your whole wheat pancakes from scratch! :))) Enjoy & bon apetite!
