Ingredients
2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tbsp sugar (considering using stevia to avoid calories!)
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
5 tbsp natural applesauce
1 cup sweet potatoes
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp cinnamon *optional*
-Boil sweet potatoes until soft, then mash with a fork (w/o the skin)
-Measure out a cup of the sweet potato mixture & then mix the rest of the ingredients.
-Bake at 350 degrees F for approx 20-25 minutes.
*I made some cinnamon butter to go with them!*
